Why pre-order?

Christmas is our busiest time of year, and we know queues aren’t anyone’s idea of festive. This year you can order your pack online in a few minutes and collect it on a day that suits you.

From our farm to your table

  • We raise our cattle on our family farm in Castleshane, prepare them in our own purpose-built abattoir, and cut them in our shop in Monaghan town.

  • Family-run: you’ll always find a familiar face behind our counter in Monaghan town.

  • Local, start to finish: from our farm in Castleshane to our shop, it all happens close to home.

  3. Collect in the shop. Call in to 2 North Road and take your pack home.

Family butchers since 1983

We’re three generations of family butchers, serving Monaghan from North Road since 1983. Our beef and lamb come from the family farm, and every Christmas pack is made up by hand in the shop. Year-round, you’ll find our own sausages, steaks and roasts on the counter.
